The first chapter of the upcoming Hunger Games book, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, is now online as an audio excerpt.
Entertainment Weekly is exclusively debuting the 11-minutes chapter HERE. The chapter includes a character return (return?) – Tigris, who was played by actress Eugenie Bondurant in Mockingjay: Part 2.
The audiobook will be read by Santino Fontana (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend). He says of Coriolanus Snow, “You think you know someone but there are a lot of surprises. You’re going to understand a lot more of why he is the way he is.”
Songbirds and Snakes comes out on May 19.
