Jennifer Lawrence joins the UN’s Global Goals poverty campaign

Jennifer Lawrence is among the several celebrities who are newly associated with the United Nations Global Goals program, aimed at publicizing the Sustainable Development Goals to end poverty, fight inequality & tackle climate change.

The campaigners will converge on Central Park in New York on September 26 for the Global Citizen Festival, a concert that will also further publicize the Global Goals.

One Direction, Beyonce and Robert Pattinson are some of the celebs attached to the campaign.
