Photo: New Promotional Image of Peeta & President Snow

The Captiol’s official site, TheCapitol.PN has been updated to accommodate President Snow’s address to the Captiol.  With this update, a new promotional image from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay has been released.  The image shows President Snow sitting in a chair, with a hijacked Peeta standing by his side.
