Watch: Philip Seymour Hoffman in a new animated short film

Heartbreaking as it is to watch and listen to this, there’s a new animated short featuring the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, who played the role of Plutarch Heavensbee and who we will still see in the upcoming Mockingjay movies. About five minutes long, the video is part of the Blank On Blank series produced in collaboration with PBS Digital Studios.
