As we had reported previously, ‘Scary Movie’ writers Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer have a new parody movie coming up, titled The Starving Games. The movie’s central point is, of course, The Hunger Games and also includes Marvel’s The Avengers, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 2 and Sherlock Holmes.
The leading parody roles of Katniss Everdeen, Peeta Mellark and Gale Hawthorne are being portrayed by Maiara Walsh (Simone Sinclair, Switched At Birth), Cody Christian (Mike Montegomery, Pretty Little Liars) and Brant Daugherty (Noel Kahn, Pretty Little Liars) respectively.
